Sales Administrator
CDS Inc., is a leading manufacturer of downstream plastic extrusion systems for some of the largest suppliers of plastic products in North America. CNC Plasma & Waterjet Operator
Tasks & responsibilities: operate CNC Plasma table or CNC Waterjet; read and understand basic drawings and specifications; use basic measuring devices; inspect completed cut parts to ensure the parts meet the requirements.
CNC Machinist
Tasks and responsibilities: understand and interpret the machining drawings; assemble according to the specifications; verify the given program, correct/advise when needed; participate in the follow-through of the raw materials in accordance of the drawing; conduct a first production trial.
Sales Manager – Southeastern USA
The ideal candidate possesses a Business or Engineering Degree and/or minimum 2 years related sales experience in the capital equipment. As part of the CDS Sales Team, the Sales Representative will be responsible for strategically soliciting new sales accounts while servicing an existing account base in those states: MS / AL / GA / SC / FL / AR / LA.
Conventional Machinist – Milling & Lathe
The main task of a Conventional Machinist is to set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts on a conventional lathe machine. Must be proficient in general machinist competencies as well as reading blueprints/drawings.
Mechanical Engineer
Tasks and Responsibilities: create 3D designs of equipment and detail drawings; review and interpret the mechanical specifications of the technical quote for the equipment that is being assigned; execute various calculations as required (material resistance, motor power, etc); select and size key mechanical components.
Toolmaker
Tasks and responsibilities: understand and interpret the machining die; evaluate the needs for tooling/ and equipment for machining and advise the Manager; prepare machinery according to the specifications and drawings; execute the first production test and adjustments; operate conventional machines, lathe, surface grinder, milling machine, drills and saws.
Tool & Die Manager
Gradually this position will lead you to take on management tasks such as be in charge of your own projects and supervise all the employees working in the department to finally take over it completely. This position is for someone who wants to design as much as acquiring a management role. Someone who can speak to customers, employees in production as much as management. We are a company that capitalizes on long term relationship with its employees and it is our goal with this position.
